News item: Pre-Kindergarten program 2019-20

The Pre-Kindergarten Program is for 3 and 4 year olds who could benefit from extra support before starting Kindergarten. The program builds children's strengths and skills in a playful, language-rich environment.

To be placed in Pre-Kindergarten, a child must:

  • first attend a screening
    OR
  • have an assessment from a healthcare provider

Screening sessions are open to all families with a child who is not in the process of being formally assessed or diagnosed by a healthcare professional.

During screening sessions, a Speech Language Pathologist and Occupational Therapist will use toys, books and fun activities to help us figure out if your child is eligible for Pre-Kindergarten.
